Hosting A Meeting
1. Login/Password.
To host a meeting, you need a Presenter login and password. If you don't already have one, please go to the How to Buy section of our Web site.
2. Desktop Sharing Meetings.
For Desktop Sharing Meetings, the meeting Presenter needs the download. Please follow the instructions (which were e-mailed to you when you setup your account) to download the ClearMeeting™ Launcher and install it on your desktop. Or, click here to download. The window will display and the icon will be installed on your desktop.
3. Launch from Desktop Icon.
To get started with every Desktop Sharing session, double-click the icon on your desktop. Once the window opens, enter your Presenter login and password under the "Host A Meeting" tab, then click the "Host A Meeting" button. Follow the prompts for Desktop Sharing.
