AudioCast Inc. ("AudioCast"), the developer of ClearMeeting™, is sensitive to privacy issues on the Internet. We believe it is important you know how we treat the information about you we receive on the Internet.

In general, you can visit www.ClearMeeting.com on the World Wide Web without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. This site, however, is not intended for persons under 13 years of age.

AudioCast is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. Our web servers collect the IP addresses, not the e-mail addresses, of visitors. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. This information is aggregated to measure the number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed, etc. AudioCast uses this information to administer the site, analyze trends, and measure the use of our site in order to improve the content of our site. Persons who are using a Limited License (as defined in the Master License and Service Agreement) may not opt out of receiving marketing and other non-operational ClearMeeting™ Services-related communications from us from time to time, unless they terminate their Limited License account. Purchasers of ClearMeeting™ Services may opt out of such communications. Because ClearMeeting™ Services are hosted by us and delivered online, we may from time to time need to notify all registered Presenters of announcements regarding operations, upgrades, and the like, even if they have opted out of receiving marketing and sales communications.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post these changes so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. We encourage you to review this privacy policy whenever you provide information on this Web site.
